I really do appreciate my haul of liver treats.

But I was also hoping to get a present for my intellectual side. Specifically a field guide to song birds of Minnesota.

Throughout my life I have made a bit of a study of birds. Particularly their hearing, vision and the time they spend on and near the ground.

With so many nice windows, I was hoping to really bone up on this subject in preparation for Spring.

Hurt birds?!? Who, me?

It's just like GlennaJo to put the worst possible interpretation on my desire to improve my education.
