GlennaJo is on vacation this week.

Now, I have no problem with her having some time off, but I think she should find somewhere outside the house to spend it.

My day was pretty normal, sleeping on the bed, napping on the couch, bathing in the sunshine in the kitchen, drowsing in the warmth of the furnace vent. But those activities are much more pleasant without someone constantly alleging that I'm not doing anything.

Those allegations just prove the ignorance of the speaker. What could make a fuller day than building up your body through a good night's sleep, resting your eyes between activities, absorbing vitamin D and other good things from the sun, and toasting your toes in the warmth of the furnace?

Doesn't "vacation" involve vacating the house?
