Yesterday's Entry Cat Quiz

Cat's Log Thursday, November 18, 1999 One of my main home making tasks is creating ambiance.
Ambiance is that special quality some homes possess that whispers, "there's a cat in residence." No, not the overwhelming stench of bad manners. A gentle and yet piquant bouquet wafting through the air. But it isn't just about maintaining a delightful scent. I also spend time rearranging sofa cushions, clean laundry and the pillows on the bed to create those little pockets of comfort that make a house a home. While most humans find feline ambiance comforting and even therapeutic, there are some who prefer a more antiseptic decor. What's sanitary to one person can seem pretty sterile to another. |
