Finally, the promise to replace my toy has been fulfilled.

My plan to ignore the replacement was faithfully followed for at least 5 seconds.

But then GlennaJo got that pathetic "I want to play" look on her face so I took a halfhearted swing.

The fake fur was twitching in a most intriguing manner, so I checked it out. It s l o w l y crawled up onto the couch, but I nabbed it before the escape was complete. Then it started jumping and dancing and I couldn't let that go on.

What's the point of having toys unless you play with them?
